As a **Formulation Technician I** , you will be part of the **Production and Industrial Department** , supporting high-volume oligonucleotide production. The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **problem-solving abilities** , and the **ability to work effectively in a team** , ensuring success in this dynamic environment. **Job Title:** Formulation Technician I - 3rd Shift **Location: Pleasanton, CA** **Pay Range: $27.65/hr** **Schedule:** (Sun-Thu, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM). **What’s the Job?** 1. Manufacture custom oligonucleotides for use in the biotech industry, following established SOPs. 2. Operate semi-automated and automated lab equipment and evaluate test results to maintain product quality. 3. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and complete necessary documentation. 4. Troubleshoot issues, provide feedback on lab processes, and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts. 5. Collaborate with team members, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, while striving to meet production goals. **What’s Needed?** 1. At least **1 year of lab experience** (work or academic setting). 2. Ability to work in a **fast-paced production environment** with a willingness to cross-train in other areas. 3. Strong **computer skills** including proficiency in Excel and Word. 4.
