Job Title: FormulatorJob Description Develop solutions for customer requests using formulations of oils, liquid-based materials, and powders. Troubleshoot formulas and technical issues with instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and ICP. Assist in the R&D department with all product development and sourcing of raw materials. Essential Skills + Experience within the nutraceutical industry, ideally 3 or more years. + Experience with formulas and the ability to operate and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, and ICP. + Proficiency with both powders and liquids. + Sourcing of raw materials. + Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Direct experience with fish oils is a plus. Work Environment Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The R&D department is currently being built, with one manager in the department. The quality team consists of about 20 people.
