Job Title: Formulator
Job Description

Develop solutions for customer requests using formulations of oils, liquid-based materials, and powders. Troubleshoot formulas and technical issues with instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and ICP. Assist in the R&D department with all product development and sourcing of raw materials.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop solutions for customer requests using formulations of oils, liquid-based materials, and powders.Troubleshoot formulas and technical issues with instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and ICP.Assist in the R&D department with product development and sourcing of raw materials.Essential SkillsExperience within the nutraceutical industry, ideally 3 or more years.Experience with formulas and the ability to operate and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, and ICP.Proficiency with both powders and liquids.Sourcing of raw materials.Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.Additional Skills & QualificationsDirect experience with fish oils is a plus.Work Environment

Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The R&D department is currently being built, with one manager in the department. The quality team consists of about 20 people.
