D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Forward Planning Assistant for their Operations Department. The right candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Forward Planning Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Contract administrationDistribution and review of department documents (i.e., sequence sheets, development schedules, color scheme documents, plans, lot exhibits, phasing maps, etc.)Prepare check requests for various permits and feesInput project information into JD Edwards (plan types, lot #, addresses, phasing, etc.)Maintain filingLog and track plans, check requests and contractsExpected Pay Scale: $43,000 - $45,000 (With bonus potential)
