Are you interested in providing critical intervention to children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral health needs?  If so, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health has a great opportunity for you! We are seeking to hire a compassionate individual to join our team as an Behavior Analysis.

 

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families in the foster care system whose needs may extend to child with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Located in Fort Myers, FL, this position is responsible for providing both direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to clients. Responsibilities include the development of an individualized behavioral program and master treatment plan for all assigned clients. This role will work within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.

 

Position Details:

Pay Range: Starts at  $52,000 - $59,280 / annual (BCaBA)

                   Starts at $60,000 - $68,400 / annual (BCBA). 

                   Salary is based on relevant education and experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Education:

Bachelor's degree in the field of behavior analysis, mental health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field requiredMaster's degree preferredBoard Certified Behavior Analyst or BCaBA required; BCBA preferred

Experience:

1+ years experience developing and performing behavioral assessments and evaluating individual or unit wide programs requiredExperience working with children and adolescent populations preferred

Other Requirements:

Valid Florida driver's licenseSuccessfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
