Primary responsibilities include providing supervision to assigned case managers and coordinating all services to meet the ongoing needs of assigned clients through case managers. This individual will monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations. Other duties include facilitating weekly team meetings, developing policies and procedures, and providing after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.Other duties as assigned and needed.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a Master's degree in a human service-related field. Successful candidates must also be familiar with trauma-informed care, and three years' prior supervisory experience, and three years' prior clinical experience.
