Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Foundation Administrator to join their growing team! In this role, the Foundation Administrator will be responsible for the general administration of office operations, including day-to-day administrative support to leadership, office management, and support to the overall function of the organization.

Location: Boston, MAWork Model: HybridDegree: PreferredResponsibilities include providing meeting support for the executive team, board of trustees, and advisory board via meeting planning, scheduling, food orders, and notetaking, taking phone calls and responding to emails, supporting calendar management, managing general office operations including vendor and contract management, office supplies and lease agreement, performing annual reviews, and more.The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of administrative experience, strong planning and organizing skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, and possesses high integrity, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor.Apply for this exciting opportunity today!
