Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center seeks a Senior Foundation Officer, responsible for managing and expanding key corporate partner and program relationships to drive Children's Miracle Network Hospitals' fundraising within the Central Texas market.

\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

\n\nManages all aspects of key Children's Miracle Network Hospitals corporate partners and peer-to-peer programs and works to ensure the success of fundraising campaigns. \nManages and executes the solicitation, cultivation and stewardship of assigned CMN partners/programs.  \nServes as the CMN hospital advisor to assigned Dance Marathon programs within the market. \nProvides strategy support for Dance Marathon programs.\nAchieves personal & department revenue goals ensuring timely reporting of activities to-date, revenue generated, and expenses. \nPlans and facilitates kickoffs for assigned partners and programs prior to the start of their respective campaigns/fundraising events.\nEnsures assigned accounts have the tools, communication, and local resources necessary to meet or surpass annual fundraising goals. \nEnsures assigned accounts receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition in a timely manner. \nCultivates and increases relationships with assigned partner accounts via various avenues including face-to-face meetings, hospital tours, written communication, etc. \nDevelops and executes strategies for re-engaging dormant partners and programs. \nMaintains a regular schedule of face-to-face and virtual meetings with individuals, corporations, and other entities. \nCollaborates with leader and overall CMN team during national campaigns, preparing local kits, attending kickoffs, and completing field visits. \nCollaborates with leader and overall CMN team to support Radiothons and other events as needed.\nUpdates Raisers Edge database and InFlight application with actions, moves management, etc. in a timely manner. \nCollaborates with the Development team to review current portfolios and identify innovative plans for additional solicitation and cultivation. \nAttends Foundation events as well as third-party events for Foundation representation, networking, etc. \nRecruits volunteers for events as needed. \nActs as the main point of contact between Baylor Scott & White and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals corporate partners.\n\n

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

\n\nRequires the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both orally and in writing.\nRequires the ability to work under pressure and remain flexible as priorities change.\nPrior strategic, policy, and budget planning experience highly preferred.\nAbility to plan and execute fundraising initiatives from inception to completion.\nAbility to develop and implement a strategy to cultivate and assist assigned Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ partners to increase fundraising results.\nDemonstrated success in managing and stewarding relationships with individuals responsible for the success of fundraising efforts.\nAble to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others.\nBroad base of knowledge and skills related to donor cultivation.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nProfessional maturity, judgment & decisiveness to inspire confidence among prospects & donors.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to write and speak persuasively about the institution.\nStrong working knowledge of computer programs; Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database applications, etc.\nDeadline and detail oriented.\nAble to work evenings and weekends; able to travel.\nExhibit a high level of energy, exceptional interpersonal skills, and can-do attitude.\n\n
