Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization, is seeking a direct-hire Foundation & Grants Manager to join their busy development team!

The Job:

Draft grant proposals, inquiry letters, project concepts, and reports.Develop grant strategies that are aligned with funding needs.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Support development activities and events, and act as a representative at speaking engagements.Handle all administrative aspects of grant writing, fundraising, and documentation.

About You:

5+ years of fundraising/grant writing experience and a bachelor's degree are required.Experience and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.Hands-on experience with securing major gifts and coordinating donor stewardship is required.Working knowledge of location foundations is preferred.Tech savvy with an understanding of database management and donor software programs.

About the Position:
