You Are:

Foundry Business Consultant (Semiconductor)

 

The Opportunity:

In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor foundry industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning for foundry operations. This role involves providing actionable insights to help establish, scale, and sustain a profitable semiconductor foundry business, including navigating global trends, customer acquisition, and supply chain strategies.

Business Strategy and Development:

·       Develop and implement strategies for entering the semiconductor foundry market.

·       Identify profitable business models, including pure-play foundry, integrated device manufacturer (IDM) partnerships, and fabless customer targeting.

·       Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to drive growth.

 

What you need:

Market Analysis:

·       Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand.

·       Identify target customers, including fabless semiconductor companies and IDMs, and their specific technology needs.

·       Monitor global and regional developments impacting the semiconductor foundry business.

 

Bonus points if:

Financial Planning:

·       Develop financial models to assess the profitability and ROI of various business scenarios.

·       Provide guidance on pricing strategies for foundry services and product offerings.

·       Align business operations with long-term financial goals.
