Purpose of Role: Perform testing to control the mold and core sand.

Key Responsibilities:

Read production schedules and work orders to determine processing work requirements.Testing on conditions, and enter test data into computer.Sets up and operates machines, such as furnaces, baths, flame-hardening machines, and electronic induction machines that harden, anneal, and heat-treat metal.Performs visual and hands-on parts inspection.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.



Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.Able to learn about alloys and metal specifications.Capable of working with exposure to extreme heat.Able to walk extensively and lift up to 50 pounds.
