Requisition ID: 74704 Responsibilities + Developing and optimizing a technology featured based tape-out process that ensures process MASK accuracy. + Consolidating and creating a DRC waiver master file for all Foundry technologies. + Creating lessons learning document and proposing TO guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications + Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics. + Basic knowledge in semiconductor technology, process integration and manufacturing. + Device knowledge in MOSFET, BJT and other semiconductor devices. + Good communication, collaboration skills, and strong capability to learn on the job. Preferred Skills and Qualifications + Lab experience with semiconductor devices + Basic knowledge in Foundry PDK (Spice model, LVS, DRC, PEX, etc), CAD tools (Cadence Virtuoso) and IC design flow. The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
