THE JOB: 

The Fountain Worker III is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $14.54 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menuTake and place order, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicableCollect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp proceduresMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guestsPack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condimentsPerform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignmentUnload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organizationStock and replenish supplies and machines as neededResolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management,Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theftPerform other job-related duties as requested

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

High school diploma, GED or educational equivalentFood Handler’s card and Alcohol Awareness cardMust be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 poundsMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Two (2) years of previous guest services experience in a similar resort style settingTwo (2) years of experience as a food handlerFive (5) years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage environmentKnowledge of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipmentKnowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, and coolers, slicers and beverage machinesExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
