Fountain Worker - The Grill
Overview It is the responsibility of the Fountain Worker to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service while displaying salesmanship and friendly hospitality skills Responsibilities Attend pre-shift meetings Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines Adhere to policies and procedures and Health Department regulations Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner to take orders for food and beverage items Use suggestive selling techniques Know all menu items Know locations of all Golden Nugget outlets and services available to the guests Responsible for obtaining, reconciling and returning cash bank at the beginning and end of shift Accurately input food and beverage orders into the Aloha system.
