Job Summary: Job Description: Four Seasons Family Practice, located in Fairfield, ME has an opening for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant with strong clinical skills, a passion for teaching, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary team-based care to join our faculty. Comfort with structurally vulnerable populations in a primary care setting is a plus, experience in delivering acute and preventative primary care is a must. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible and dedicated to high quality patient care.
