As an FP&A Analyst, you will develop moderately complex financial models, and prepare monthly reports, forecasts. and budgets for one or more business areas. You'll serve as the key FP&A contact for one sales distribution channel.

What you will do:

Prepare monthly reports, analytics, forecasts, and budgets for one or more business areasCreate, maintain, and evolve financial models and detailed forecastsServe as the key FP&A contact and provides ad-hoc analyses for one sales distribution channel while partnering with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.)Prepare and analyze revenue and/or expense budgets for assigned areaAnalyze trends in revenue, expenses, finance, general business conditions and other related areasWork with the business to understand data and analysis needs to develop and analyze appropriate KPIsImprove current reports, processes, and methodologies for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting

What you will bring:

2+ years of experience in finance, analytics and/or accounting rolesIntermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills requiredStrong financial modeling skills requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience

Base Salary Range

$63,100.00 - $89,125.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
