In this position you will act at as a Financial Planning & Business Analysis Business Partner to the UKI EssilorLuxottica Group across our Frames & Lenses businesses. The overall purpose of this position is to play a key role in managing financial performance, and provide pro-active financial support to budget holders based on a sound understanding of the dedicated business area.  You will assist senior Finance staff in their periodic and ad-hoc tasks, providing support across the full range of Finance department activities.

 

The successful candidate will have number of core accountabilities in the role, including:

 

Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts to key stakeholders Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, and monitor variances against forecasts and KPIs Provide understanding regarding variances, and pro-actively engage with the business to allow corrective actions and drive improvements and identify opportunities for cost reduction Pro-actively contribute to decision support and analysis Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, procedures and deadlines Work closely across departments to provide financial insights and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives as required
