The individual candidate is a highly-motivated individual with strong financial, presentation creation, and communication skills. As a trusted business partner, this individual will be responsible for providing guidance and analysis to various teams throughout the company that will assist in making well-informed decisions.
Salary Range: $78,500 to $90,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Planning System / Entity Alignment Maintenance/Planning System SME – 40%
During the year: provide primary support for maintenance and changes for the Planning system including but not limited to: updating Planning’s current year cost center alignment and alignment changes tracking spreadsheets, plan Changes/Maintenance, loading plan changes, and update DOMO access to cost center reports. During AOP: perform planning system set-up and testing, non-employee plan data entry, updating cost center alignment and alignment changes tracking spreadsheets for the new year, and update DOMO access to cost center reports for the upcoming year. Become a subject matter expert on the Global Planning System for YRSG/YBI/Heartstyles teams. Partner with coach and IT team to implement process improvements and assist in the rollout to other Market/Division finance teams by providing functional assistance/guidance to those teams as needed.Period Close Support and Quarterly Forecasting – 40%
Provide primary support for loading and validating monthly actual data and roll forward of current month forecast spreadsheet to period close spreadsheet. Review and research discrepancies in assigned cost center and accounts. Liaison with assigned functional areas to review differences between plan and actual and forecast updates for the quarters. Support creation of quarterly forecasts that will be submitted as part of the Quarterly Earnings Release cycle. Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations/updates to Yum! Corp Leadership.Capital Planning and Forecasting – 10%
Supports the creation of Yum! Corporate Capital Annual Plan and Forecasts Analytical review of Capital Project submissions for YRSG/YBI functions. This includes assisting in creating new capital project requests with functional teams. Review capital proposals and submit to appropriate levels for approval. Partner with Project Costing and Control team to monitor approved capital projects spending and provide quarterly/annual plans and forecasts for projects.Other – 10%

B.S. in Accounting or B.S. in Finance; MBA a plusExperience and other qualifications:
