Work you’ll do
The FP&A implementation Senior will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) systems. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring FP&A solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, consulting, and systems implementation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the client’s FP&A function.Design and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Pigment FP&A software for clients.Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support client decision-making.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into financial performance.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration and integration processes.Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client end-users.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FP&A system users.Create and maintain user documentation and system guides.Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.The team

Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Audit professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per weekBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting rolesExperience in implementing FP&A systems (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion)Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful implementationsProficiency in FP&A software and toolsAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,980 to $190,060.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
