The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:We are currently seeking an FP&A Lead Analyst. This position is based at our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH with hybrid work available.
Position Overview:
This position supports and has responsibility for the management, dissemination, and data integrity of specific aspects of key financial information. Key responsibilities are preparing standard and ad hoc reports for Sector Leadership that provide an analysis and understanding of various aspects of business results measured against Plan, previous forecast, and prior year. This position works with the Electrical groups/divisions to gather insights on results and summarizes for Sector leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the ENCORE monthly financial reporting process in order to provide high quality, timely, and accurate information to Sector Leadership. Produce accurate and sensitive financial data in a very short turnaround time to achieve reporting requirements of Sector Management and deliver on or before stated deadlines.
• Establish and maintain working partnerships with peers in the Electrical Sector Business Finance teams in order to ensure that business results and associated issues are understood and can be timely and accurately communicated to Sector Management. This communication ensures that Sector Management has a detailed analysis and understanding of financial state of the segments and divisions.
• Support the reporting and analysis needed for of ad hoc presentations at the request of Sector Management to be used in meetings with the business presidents and the Senior Leadership Council.
• Support the preparation of high quality, timely and accurate quarter-end analyses that provide orders, backlog, and end market information used by the CEO/CFO during the external earnings release
• Support the annual preparation of the Electrical Sector profit plan including: consolidating reports and helping to prepare the presentation for the CEO/CFO review.
• Produce accurate ad-hoc data and / or analysis in a very short turnaround time to immediate Manager and Sector Management.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field (e.g., financial consulting, audit, accounting, etc.).
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Position Criteria:
• Finance / accounting background, and varied business experience
• Technically proficient in Longview Solutions (preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with all levels, functions, and personalities within the organization, including Executive Management and Sector Finance.
• Strong analytical skills to determine “root-cause” issues and to develop and recommend best possible resolution.
• Able to prioritize multiple requests and / or issues and multi-task to resolve the issues while meeting all stated deadlines within very short turnaround time conditions.
• Manage workload with a sense of urgency, personal ownership, very high standards of customer support, and a constant focus on system data integrity, and flawless product quality.
• 10% travel required.
