FP&A Manager, Supply Chain Finance International Markets

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function within a complex and dynamic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain finance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team. This role involves navigating multiple ERP systems and requires significant visibility with senior management.

What You Will DO:

Financial Leadership: Oversee the management of actuals, forecasts, and the annual budget process for the supply chain function across the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Data Analysis: Drive the analysis of financial data related to supply chain operations, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to gather insights and provide financial guidance that supports strategic decision-making.Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management, offering clear insights into supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting capabilities across supply chain.Strategic Business Partner: Act as a strategic business partner to supply chain leadership, leveraging data and analytics to uncover insights and influence supply chain strategies and initiatives.

What You Will Need:

7+ years of experience in supply chain finance or FP&A, with a focus on managerial roles in complex global environments.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.Strong financial modelling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.Experience with multiple ERP systems and the ability to integrate data from various sources to provide a unified view of performance.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.Demonstrated experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change in a dynamic business environment.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proficient in English, a second language is a plus.
