Purpose of Role: Sr. FP&A Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the FP&A function and ensuring that related activities are in line with company goals and objectives. Responsible for the coordination and preparation of the quarterly forecasting process, annual budgeting process, the timely and accurate reporting of financial data and for providing financial reports required by company management in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Support management with accurate and timely information necessary to make strategic, investment and operating decisions.
Forecasting: Responsible for coordination of quarterly forecasts, strategic plans, departmental expense budgets, together with necessary controls and procedures to effectuate the plan.
Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.  Promote affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.
Improvement and Cost Reduction: Participate on cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous, ongoing improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in finance/accounting required, CPA or Masters degree preferred.  Three to five years of progressive financial accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company3-5 years of previous FP&A ExperienceProven analytical and organization skillsSAP experience is a plus, but not required
