We have partnered with an established manufacturing company that is looking to add an experienced FP&A manager to its team. The ideal candidate has five or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP, of Finance, the FP&A manager will be responsible for but not limited to:Manage and mentor a team of three or more analysts.Lead the annual budgeting process and develop detailed financial models.Prepare monthly and annual forecasts, analyzing financial results, KPIs, and variances against budgets.Present financial analysis and recommendations to management.Prepare timely management and financial reports.Improve and enhance financial planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.Implement and maintain financial systems.Conduct ad hoc analyses, including investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.Qualifications:Designated CPA5+ years of accounting experienceManufacturing and inventory accounting experience is required.3+ years of leadership experience.Benefits & Perks: Salary: $110,000 to $130,000Discretionary bonusExtended health and dental benefits3 weeks’ vacationHybrid work schedule
