Job DescriptionThe FP&A Manager – Global Finance will be part of the Business Advisory Services team within the Corporate Controller Group and will support the Global Finance function. The role provides financial expertise, direction, and strategic thought leadership to a global corporate function - Global Finance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the financial business partner for various Global Finance Leadership team membersInvestigate, understand and report on detailed drivers of spending within the Global Finance department, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and project costs with impact to the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statementsManage through cross-functional teams to deliver results from direct and indirect reporting relationshipsOversee month end close process, including variance analysis and monthly reportingFacilitate processes surrounding the long-range plan, annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly variance analysis within Global FinanceFinancial consulting on savings opportunities and project spend prioritizationCorrelate large amounts of financial data into meaningful cross-functional business discussionsInteract, influence, and build strong relationships with all areas of the Corporate Controller Group and other McDonald's corporate departments, building open lines of communication and trustOther responsibilities may include assisting with project business cases, service-based costing, and ad hoc reporting.Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860 – $143,900 per year
