FP&A Manager (Agile) CzHuSk

 

Position: This role provides financial planning and reporting support to the CzHuSk FP&A Group Manager, Finance Director, and cluster Management Team. The main focus is on preparing financial plans, analyzing performance, handling OPEX and Other COGS, as well as coordinating RRP financials related to OPEX and Other COGS. Additionally, CAPEX management, BAP/MEMO preparation, compliance, and various ad-hoc projects within the CzHuSk region.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare OL, LE, ASP, and SPC financials, ensuring high-quality planning and reporting within internal and global timelines. Performance Analysis: Analyze financial plans and actuals, providing key insights on variances, price movements, and financial commitments. Budget & Cost Management: Planning and reporting of OPEX/CAPEX and Other COGS budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and driving operational improvements. Preparation of BAP/MEMO and adherence to company financial guidelines RRP Financial Management: Support financial planning and reporting of Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) related to OPEX and Other COGS. Process & System Improvements: Review and enhance financial models, tools, and processes. Ad-hoc Support: Provide financial insights and support for the Finance Director, FP&A team, and other collaborators.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in a multinational company (FMCG experience is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills); experience with SAP or similar ERP is beneficial. Proactive approach with an advisory mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability not only to analyze but also to effectively explain and justify complex financial concepts Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian is an advantage. A university degree or equivalent experience in finance or a relevant qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
