About the Role: We are looking for a candidate that will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, partnering with our R&D, and G&A teams to optimize investments in products, technology and supporting functions. You will bring your deep financial expertise, analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit to provide critical insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance our financial performance. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement financial strategies to support product and technology initiatives + Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions + Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for R&D and G&A functions + Oversee financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development for product, technology and supporting functions + Monitor and report on key financial metrics, performance indicators, and ROI for R&D and G&A functions + Conduct variance analysis and identify drivers of financial performance to inform strategic actions + Collaborate with R&D and G&A leaders to align financial goals with business objectives + Lead internal projects and new business opportunities based on modeling + Provide financial guidance and support to R&D and G&A leaders, facilitating informed decision-making + Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership + Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems + Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and processes to improve data visibility and decision-making + Build scalable processes and systems to provide transparency and efficiency across the organization Qualification + 6+ years of experience in FP&A roles at a SaaS or high-growth technology company + High analytical skills with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving involving financial modeling and working with large data sets + Has experience and passion for hyper-growth SaaS and/or enterprise software business models and collaborating with product and technology teams + Has proven experience working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving impact + Can communicate complex financial concepts with precision and clarity + Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, exhibits eagerness to learn, and is biased toward action + Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch + Familiarity with standard FP&A tools (Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive and/or Pigment)  We are a team of dedicated professionals who strive for excellence in our fields.
