FP&A Manager LATAM

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our finance team. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and reporting activities as well as supporting the regional business team in operational & strategic decision-making. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates exceptional resilience, as the role requires adapting to changing business environments and providing steady financial guidance throughout our business cycle. The FP&A Manager will also be hands-on, actively engaging into day-to-day activities while empowering and nurturing a small team of FP&A analysts.
 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Financial Planning and Forecasting 

 Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.Lead the forecasting process, working closely with department heads to update financial projections based on business performance and market trendsCreate and maintain financial models to support short-term and long-term forecasting of revenues and expensesContinuously monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying trends and variances, and recommending corrective actions

Management Reporting and Analysis 

Develop & generate regular financial reports and KPI dashboards for management, providing concise and actionable insights into business performance.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze their impact on financial results, providing actionable insights to support performance management efforts.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate potential business opportunities.Prepare insightful presentations to communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Business Partnering and Collaboration

Collaborate with various departments and business leaders to understand their financial needs, provide analytical support, and assist in making data-driven decisions.Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to influence financial planning and drive accountability for budget adherence
Financial Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive efficiencies in FP&A operations.Implement best practices in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial information

A Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.Proven managerial experience (3+ years) in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a background in budgeting and forecasting.Proficiency in financial modeling and working knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tm1, data visualization tools).
