FP&A Professional
Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FP& A Professional to join our team in Sacramento, California. As an FP& A Professional, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, working with multiple systems, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities • Manage the Adaptive Model, including maintaining sheets for data entry and live reports with actuals and budgets. • Create, modify, and maintain assumptions including personnel, overhead, reserve, and allocations. • Be responsible for formula creation, debugging, and validation of results. • Conduct Cube maintenance and mapping database fields. • Develop workflows, including submission and review steps for staff, managers, and leadership. • Create reports at various levels including staff, management, leadership, and board. • Ensure two-way data synchronization with Sage Intacct and list maintenance. • Provide system support for Workday Adaptive, including permissions, access rules, user groups, and user rights. • Develop scenarios for strategic decision making in Workday Adaptive, including overhead modeling, reserve allocations, and gross margin. • Lead the annual budgeting process and perpetual forecasting efforts. • Document the budgeting and reforecasting process and cross train accounting staff on the process. • Find and build solutions for current recurring problems, including data migration between systems. • Use a project management approach to building a timeline for budgeting and forecasting. • Serve as a backup delegate to other accounting staff when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Business Systems is required. • Must be experienced in using CRM. • Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a necessity. • Must be well-versed in Data Mining Techniques. • Auditing skills are essential for this role. • Familiarity with Budget Processes is expected. • Capital Management skills are required. • Proficiency in Sage Intacct is a must. • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is mandatory.
