**Regional FP&A Lead**
**Job Summary:** ** **
Providessupport to the regional FinanceDirector& ManagingDirectorincluding corporate and client annual budgeting, quarterly and monthlyforecastingand delivery of the month end reporting requirements.
Worksclosely with the business group leadership team, supportsthedeliveryofthe FP&A strategy for the region for both corporate and client reporting requirements.
Buildsstrong relationships with the accounts key internal and external stakeholders.Actively drivesthe account to ensure it meets the targets set and delivers initiatives that lead to sustainable growth through an exceptional client service agenda.
Worksin close liaison with the key departments within CBRE and the Client organisation. Working within the financial contractual requirements and meeting all deadlinesisa key deliverable of the role.
**Stakeholder Management**
+ Work closely with the Regional FD, MD, Alliance Directors, Regional Operations Directors & Finance Leads for REFs todeliver successfullythe Strategic Alliance plans.
+ Build strong working relationships with key client stakeholders, the Regional FD, MD, Alliance Directors, and the Finance Leads; being a strategic partner to all.
**Monthly / Quarterly reporting (Client & Corporate)**
+ Supporting the Regional FinanceDirectorin providing monthly P&L (Gross Revenue, Net Revenue andProfit), cash flow (Aged Debt and Unbilled Revenue) and balance sheet reporting across the region from pre-close flash through to delivery of final month end reporting including provision of insightful commentary & financial analysis of financial metrics.
+ Work with the Regional FD to understand the regional performance and produce clear ManagementInformationto the accounts Regional Senior Leadership Team.
+ Work with Finance Leads & Regional Operations Directors tomaintainmonthly rolling forecasts for the client and corporate perspective, challenging forecast assumptions andidentifyingrisks and opportunities in forward projections.
+ Supporting the Regional FD to ensure alignment with the Global Account Leadership Team for monthly/quarterly reporting submissions, including communication with the regional account finance team to deliver on requests and requirements.
+ Support the Regional Finance team with the upload of client P&L results.
+ Support the client reporting process by implementing site reporting packs for the Regional Operations Directors and Finance Leads
**Annual Budget / Quarterly & Monthly Forecasting (Client & Corporate)**
+ Management of the regions corporate and client planning process including budgeting & forecasting (quarterly and monthly)
+ Work with Regional Operations Directors and Finance Leads to agree budget / forecast timelines, defining clearly what needs to be delivered and ensuring the timetable is aligned to the Corporate Group timetable & contractual obligations.
+ Co-ordinate regional budget and forecasting reviews,consolidatecorporate and client budget / forecast proposals for review by the Regional FD and MD.
+ Work with Regional Operations Directors and Finance Leads to build explanations of Budget & Forecast variances with clear and succinct presentation (e.g. using a Revenue and COP Bridges) ensuring that all account and sector requirements are met.
+ Co-ordinate final Plan / Forecast loads into the corporate and client reporting tools and ensure data is consistent with approved Final position.
+ Support the Regional FDs in preparing for internal account reviews and client reviews.
**Ad hoc analysis and project work**
+ Manage significant volume of ad-hoc analytical requests from multiple stakeholders including the Regional FD, Regional MD, Alliance Directors, and Finance Leads
+ Systems / process improvement
+ Support to the systems teams in developing andmaintainingthe Group forecast and budget models and Reporting Hub.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a college or university in abusiness-relatedfield.
+ Requires a minimum of six years related experience to include at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
+ Ability to apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills and work collaboratively with business partners, key employees, top management, and client groups on various projects.
+ Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Broad experience with other software and financial systems such asAdaptive,TM1,HFM, PeopleSoftorCognosis desiredbut not a requirement.
