As the FP&A Sr. Analyst for Project Freedom and Balance Sheets, you will be responsible for executing the financial planning and analysis processes to help guide the Project Freedom brand team in making informed business decisions and be the primary business partner for all Balance Sheet and CAPEX management. This role involves creating financial models, analyzing data to support decision making, and preparing reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance and future projections.
This position reports to the Director of FP&A and is based in Virginia Beach, VA.
As the FP&A Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Facilitate the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans for Project Freedom, Balance Sheets & Capital Spending.Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to project financial performance, monitor variances against budgets/forecasts, and prepare regular management reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.Partner with business leaders to provide insights enabling leaders to improve and drive the business, improving growth and profitability through a process of financial planning, analysis, and risk management.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders that support key decision-making in the organizations.Execute enhancements to financial planning and analysis processes and streamline reporting mechanisms.You have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.3+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience in a consumer products manufacturing/sourcing company.Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels, present findings in a clear and concise timely manner, and share insights to influence decision-makers.Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.Ability to work cross-functionally with many levels of the organization.Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $58,000.00 - $90,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
