Job Title: Spec, Finance Job Code: 20257 Job Location: Palm Bay, FL Job Description: This position is responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analyses in support of Segment and CHQ FP&A data requests. The analyst in this role works on a various deliverables including Weekly Closure, Monthly Free Cash Flow Reports, MFR Submissions and Quarter Closures. This position also supports development of the Annual Operating Plan, JSP activities, HFM/HypFcst data tie-outs, and other ad hoc request from Accounting, Compliance and other functional teams. Essential Functions: + Serves as primary contact for all I&C FP&A activities, including weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to Segment and CHQ for tracking of key metrics + Support identification and monitoring of Risk and Opportunities to Orders, Sales, Op Income and Free Cash Flow at the Sector/Division levels + The Sector FP&A Support Analyst is also involved in AOP/JSP activities, HFM/HypFcst data tie-outs and other ad hoc request from Accounting, Compliance and other functional teams. + Help drive working capital improvements through reduction of inventory, un-billed, and accounts receivable + Collaborate with cross-functional team members, connect with leadership in a timely manner, and clearly and effectively share information using oral and written communication skills + Drive operational efficiencies through commitment to the e3 culture + Assists with ad hoc requests and special projects regarding Intel and Cyber financials Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including 2 years of financial experience within the aerospace/government contracting environment; or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of financial experience within the aerospace/government contracting environment. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience with 2 years of financial experience within the aerospace/government contracting environment. Preferred Additional Skills: + Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Program Finance. + Experience with PeopleSoft queries, HFM/HypFcst, Tableau, Microsoft Excel Data Analysis and other Microsoft Suite product + Must have strong interpersonal skill set and be able to work in a team environment + Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of management at Division/Sector/Segment + Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills and capable of multi-tasking + Able to work with/without general day to day supervision Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
