Improve systems & equipment reliability in assigned process area, reduce system/equipment downtime associated with assigned process & support operation of assigned process.
\tWork in a safe & environmentally responsible way.

\tRestore function to equipment in an effective & technically correct manner.
\tActively participate in & support Event Response.
\tPerform corrective & preventative maintenance on assigned process.

\tSupport & assist in all aspects of process operations.
\tRecord & review production data in BPR’s & associated forms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge:
•\tKnowledgeable in the following systems: Compressed Air, Electro-Mechanical controls, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & robotics.
•\tAbility & experience with automated records systems such as SAP, schematics, wiring diagrams & other technical documents.
•\tComputer literacy.
Organization/Planning:
Support planning & execution of process functions & assist in coordination of planned & corrective maintenance activities to ensure successful process performance.
•\tAbility to move equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds within the facility using various body positions.
•\tRoutinely operates & inspects manufacturing equipment using hands.
•\tAbility to be on feet for up to a 12-hour shift.
•\tCorrected vision to 20/30.
•\tOccasionally ascends/descends a ladder to service equipment; ability to work atop elevated positions.
•\tOccasionally works around odorous &/or hazardous materials. May be required to wear latex gloves.
•\tOccasionally positions self within confined spaces for inspection, repair & maintenance of equipment.
•\tAbility to work in loud noise environments with hearing protection.
•\tAbility to attain clean room gowning certification & work with hazardous materials including sanitants.
•\tFrequent bending, stooping & prolonged working overhead.
•\tAbility to work the hours necessary to support a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
