Job Description: FP&A Analyst

A growing New York-based hospitality group, operating 60+ restaurants, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and contribute to the company's strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly financial reports for senior leadership.Conduct variance analysis and identify financial performance drivers.Assist with annual budgets and financial models for strategic planning.Provide ad hoc financial analysis for special projects.Collaborate with the accounting team on monthly financial close and reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Strong communication skills to present financial insights to non-finance teams.

Schedule:

Initially 4 days per week (Friday remote) for 3 months, then 3 days in-office after that.

Compensation:

$80-90k + 7.5% Bonus
