Typical qualifications/duties include (for FPGA Design Engineer position):
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Motivated self-starter who has the ability to work effectively in team environment and collaborate with other Engineering disciplines and supporting functions.
+ Experienced in all stages of FPGA development including requirements development, RTL design, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, lab bring up/ target verification.
+ Proficient in VHDL
+ Deep understanding of FPGA architecture, tools and design tradeoffs
+ Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to the problems identified
+ Team player with a proactive attitude and schedule focused.
+ Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs, requirements, and technical challenges

+ Motivated self-starter who has the ability to work effectively in team environment and collaborate with other Engineering disciplines and supporting functions.
+ Experienced in all stages of FPGA development including requirements management, RTL design, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, lab bring up/validation
+ Deep understanding of FPGA architecture, tools and design tradeoffs
+ Familiarity with Configuration Management tools
+ Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to the problems identified
+ Ability to quickly identify, respond-to, and mitigate events that could impact schedule, cost, or performance
+ Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs, requirements, and technical challenges
+ Experience with MS Project and developing schedules and budgets
+ Knowledge of earned value management techniques
+ Lead/Mentor a team of FPGA designers
+ Interface with customers and suppliers and internal project management
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
