Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Engineer who is fluent in VHDL language and is an expert user of Xilinx Vivado and Vitis. The ideal candidate should be able to work onsite in a secure lab and must be able to obtain a security clearance if they do not already have one.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design FPGA systems using VHDL language.Utilize Xilinx Vivado and Vitis tools for FPGA development.Employ advanced Tcl/Tk scripting for IP generation and debugging.Set up and analyze signals using ILA for debugging purposes.Navigate and debug complex designs, including self and auto-generated code.Work with multi microblaze softcore processor designs.Use Matlab HDL Coder and signal processing toolchain for design and evaluation.Utilize Matlab Filter design and evaluation tools.Essential SkillsFluency in VHDL language.Expertise in Xilinx Vivado and Vitis.Advanced usage of Tcl/Tk and supporting scripting.Advanced IP generation using scripting.Advanced debugging features and signal analysis via ILA.Experience with multi microblaze softcore processor designs.Proficiency in Matlab HDL Coder and signal processing toolchain.Proficiency in Matlab Filter design and evaluation tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsAble to obtain a security clearance or already possesses one.Able to work onsite in a secure lab.Work Environment
This position is based in a secure lab environment, focusing on engineering tasks. The role requires working with advanced FPGA design tools and scripting languages. Candidates must be able to navigate complex design environments and utilize various debugging and signal processing tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $92.00/hr.
