We are seeking a highly skilled SystemVerilog FPGA Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in FPGA design using SystemVerilog and possess skills in schematic capture and PCB layout. You will be working on the design of Small Modular Reactors, contributing both to the design and verification of hardware.
Remote work (EST time-zone) with 25% travel to Wilmington, NC

Knowledge and experience with PCB design, signal analysis and system verification tools (Altium, PSpice, SystemVerilog, UVM, etc.) Knowledge and experience with common HDL languages and PLD/FPGA development tools (Quartus, Vivado, ModelSim, Questa, etc.). General knowledge and experience of schematic design, PCB layout, and PCB manufacturing. Delivering FPGA solutions to safety system level applications Developing FPGA Intellectual Property (IP) and integrating third-party IP to system level applications FPGA architecture definition, HDL development, IP integration, simulation, documentation, and testing Full FPGA design life-cycle experience using Xilinx, Microsemi, Altera, and Matlab and Simulink tools Electronic interface design experience using SPI, 12C, and I-JAR T Digital circuit design, implementation, and testing with FPGAs, ADCs and DACs. Experienced in product, instrument, system design, verification, validation and qualification Work EnvironmentYou will be part of a dynamic team focused on designing cutting-edge small modular reactors. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The work environment includes the use of advanced hardware and software tools to achieve design and verification tasks.
