Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability. We’re looking for a FRACAS Engineering Lead to join our team based out of Andover, MA. As the Patriot Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Engineering Lead, you’re responsible for all aspects of FRACAS activity within the Patriot program in the Land and Air Defense System (LADS) business unit. What You Will Do: + Lead and support the FRACAS engineering team responsible for execution and deployment of FRACAS tasking + Assist in FRACAS tasks, including trend analysis and failure investigations + Define/allocate FRACAS Engineering resources across Patriot programs and ensure best practices across all teams + Provide direction for customer and program meetings + Ensure performance compliance for both internal and customer requirements + Manage budgeting including EAC analysis using EVMS principles. + A degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience may be considered for this role. Qualifications You Must Have: + Typically Requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 8 (eight) years of relevant experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position + Experience in Reliability, Failure Analysis and/or Quality Engineering + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
