Description We are on the lookout for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to be a part of our team. The detail-oriented individual will be involved in executing financial strategies, managing financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Based in Dallas, Texas, this role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare industry. Must have Revenue Cycle Management experience and RCM background. Fractional CFO will work flexible onsite schedule of 10-15 hours per week in Dallas, TX 75244. Fractional CFO (contract position): Must have Revenue Cycle Management experience and RCM background Responsibilities: • Implement financial strategies that align with our long-term business objectives • Provide executive leadership with financial insights and recommendations • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Manage the operations of accounting, reimbursement, and financial domains • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Oversee resource allocation and manage the annual budgeting process • Adhere to financial regulations and fulfill reporting requirements • Supervise payroll tax reports, public disclosure reports, and third-party payer cost reports • Analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth • Monitor financial indicators and provide strategic recommendations • Support operational planning for both long-term and short-term, including service demand analysis and productivity assessments • Develop and manage operational and capital budgets in alignment with business objectives • Present updates on financial performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders • Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and efficiency • Evaluate contracts, purchase agreements, and financial arrangements to ensure profitability and business alignment • Maintain charge master accuracy and optimize reimbursement strategies. Requirements • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems and ADP • Extensive experience in Budget Processes and Capital Management • Ability to conduct detailed Cash Flow Analysis • Familiarity with HealthCare Revenue Cycle and Hospital Revenue Cycle • Capable of managing Revenue Cycle Processes in the HealthCare Industry • Proficiency in QuickBooks • Exceptional skills in Budgeting - Forecasting and Forecasting & Modeling • Must have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
