The **Fracture Mechanics Engineer** will: + Develop fracture mechanics and programming solutions for the NASGRO® Fracture Mechanics and Fatigue Crack Growth Software applications suite. + Participate in research projects in fracture mechanics and fatigue + Interact with the community of software users extensively + Perform other duties as required. **Requisition Qualifications:** This position has been posted at multiple levels. Ability to respond efficiently and competently to queries from large user community is essential. + Ability to work effectively, rationally and quickly in real-time environments of rapid-change, conflicting requirements, and occasional pressure. + Familiarity with MS Office Software is expected. + Familiarity with LaTeX system for technical documentation is desirable. **Requisition Preferences:** + Engineer with Master's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering from an accredited engineering school and a minimum of eight (8) years of direct engineering experience, or a Ph.
