Job Title: Fragrance Lab Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Fragrance Lab Technician to join our team. This role involves accurately preparing and mixing fragrance formulas, handling various raw materials, and ensuring they are mixed homogeneously. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for fragrance creation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and Mix Fragrance Formulas: Accurately measure and combine raw materials to create fragrance formulas, ensuring consistency and quality.Handle Raw Materials:Safely manage and store various raw materials used in fragrance production.Ensure Homogeneous Mixing:Utilize techniques to ensure all components are evenly distributed within the formulas.Operate Laboratory Equipment:Skillfully operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including pipettes, scales, and mixers.Precision Weighing:Weigh small quantities of materials with high precision to maintain formula integrity.Maintain Lab Cleanliness: Keep the laboratory clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.Documentation: Record all procedures and results accurately for future reference and quality control.

Essential Skills:

Lab Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a laboratory setting.Compounding and Pouring: Proven experience in compounding and pouring fragrance or similar substances.Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.Raw Material Knowledge: Understanding of various raw materials used in fragrance production.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.Independent Work: Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing time and tasks efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Pipette Familiarity: Proficient in using pipettes for precise measurements.Accurate Weighing: Demonstrated ability to accurately weigh small quantities of materials.Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members when needed.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the mixing process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
