Job Description:

Seeking a Rough Carpenter with at least 5 years of knowledge of multi-family builds or residential new construction. You will be based in Albertville.

Responsibilities:

•\tInterpret and execute construction plans and blueprints accurately

•\tMeasure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials

•\tAssemble and install framework for structures, including walls, floors, and doorframes

•\tCollaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination on construction projects

•\tAdhere to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

•\tMaintain tools and equipment in good working condition

•\tIdentify and address potential issues to ensure project timelines are met

Lead Responsibilities:

•\tCoach, coordinate, and lead crew in work processes and activities in a production environment.

•\tAssign work to employees, based on material or worker abilities of specific tasks.

•\tEvaluate projects to determine compliance with technical specifications.

•\tInspect equipment or tools to be used in construction, monitor, and ensure proper safety protocols are in place and being followed.

•\tProvide plant manager with regular updates regarding crew member attendance, performance, and crew production construction KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications:

•\t5+ years experience of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new builds

•\tPrefab and stick framing experience

•\tExperience leading a crew as site Lead or Foreman

•\tAbility to read blueprints; and knowledge of electrical applications

•\tAbility to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team player

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
