**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** As a Framer, you will be responsible for overseeing carpentry and framing activities on the rooftop of a large distribution facility. You will build and install curbs for HVAC units, create crickets to divert water, and ensure proper 6'' wood framing around the units. Fall protection training will be provided on the first day, and you will need to bring your own harness if you have one. If not, harnesses will be available on-site. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and participate in the building and installation of curbs for HVAC units. + Construct crickets around curbs to divert water. + Ensure proper 6'' wood framing around HVAC units. + Participate in fall protection training on the first day. + Operate various tools including drills, nail-guns, tape measures, hammers, squares, and skill saws. + Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and regulations. + Operate forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift when necessary. **Essential Skills** + 5-10 years of experience in framing or rough carpentry. + Proficiency in using power tools such as drills, nail-guns, tape measures, hammers, squares, and skill saws. + Experience in commercial construction and rough carpentry. + Ability to perform work at heights. + Familiarity with fall protection measures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification. + Scissor lift certification. + Boom lift certification. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where safety and professional growth are prioritized.
