CARPENTER

PAY: $23-25

Job Description: 

We're looking for a talented Framing Carpenter to help with the framework of commercial properties around the metro area.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Prefab framing (trusses, walls, floors)Working both independently and as part of a crewMeasuring, cutting, and assembling framing lumber with precision

What You Need:

Your own tool belt and basic construction toolsA hard hatAbility to read a tape measure and use a nail gunReliable transportation

Skills & Experience:

At least 1 year of stick/wood framing experienceExperience with prefab framingProficiency with a tape measureAbility to bring your own tools to the job site

Work Environment:

Our job sites are all around the metro area, so you'll need to be flexible. One month you might be in Lake Elmo, the next in Medina.You'll be working on new commercial builds, multifamily projects, and new developments CAR

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
