Job Title: Framing Carpenter
Job Description

A prominent, family-owned company is seeking a framing carpenter to assist with a new build project in Farmington, MN. This role involves prefab framing tasks including trusses, walls, and floors. The ideal candidate will work both independently and with a crew, ensuring precise measurement, cutting, and assembly of framing lumber.

ResponsibilitiesPerform prefab framing of trusses, walls, and floors.Work independently as well as part of a crew.Properly measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber.Read and interpret tape measures accurately.Utilize a nail gun effectively.Attend a safety orientation in Hugo on the first day and be present on-site daily.Essential Skills1+ year of stick/wood framing experience.Experience with prefab framing.Proficiency in framing carpentry.Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.Capability to haul own tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in rough carpentry.Knowledge of truss construction.General labor experience in commercial construction.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
