We are seeking a Framing/Drywall/Windows/Doors Superintendent to join our Self-Perform Building Trades team for projects based in Kings Bay, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily coordination of the building trades, including framing, drywall, windows, and doors, to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with field teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, driving success through effective leadership and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all framing and drywall activities, adhering to project requirements (e.g., RFP, plans, specifications). + Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with field teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance project performance. + Ensure all work is completed in compliance with the project schedule, budget, and quality expectations while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. + Use your in-depth knowledge of division 9 framing and drywall sequences to guide the construction process and solve problems effectively. + Serve as the key relationship manager, ensuring continuous communication between the field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to address concerns, align goals, and drive project success. Qualifications: + Minimum of 5 years experience in a Superintendent role, with a focus on medium-sized projects in framing, drywall, windows, and doors. + Strong understanding of division 9 framing and drywall sequencing and the ability to lead and manage complex tasks across multiple teams and subcontractors. + Proven success in relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. + Experience in construction management, including scheduling, quality control, and safety management. + Military, government, or large commercial construction experience is highly preferred, especially within the Design-Build environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software such as Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit. + CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications are required (training can be provided). + Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. + LEED GA/AP credential is desirable.
