Framing Foreman
**Job Title:** Framing Foreman **Pay: 25- 35/hr** **Job Description:** Foreman provides day-to-day supervision of on-site construction activities, usually on one job site at a time. A Foreman leads field staff and subcontracted labor, creates daily and weekly objectives or game plans, and ensures Wolf Construction satisfies the contracted scope of work. A Foreman represents Wolf Construction in the field to customers, subcontractors, vendors, employees, and other trades. **Skills & Qualifications:** • 3+ years of wood frame construction experience • 1+ years running crews (2-3 people minimum) in framing or trim work. • 2+ years working with blueprints, drawings, specifications, and layouts. • 3+ years using hand tools; hammer, cat\'s paw, pry bar, speed square, utility knife, chalk line. • Ability to read a tape measure to the nearest inch, half an inch, quarter inch, and one-eighth-inch marks (one-sixteenth and thirty-second-inch marks for trim carpenters) • Able to perform basic construction, demolition, and cleanup. • Must be willing to lift to 80 lbs. **Worksite Location:** Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States,55345 **Benefits:** • Paid Time Off Program • 401k – available after eligibility requirements are met, including match. • Health Insurance – Standard Rate • Dental and/or Vision Insurance – Payroll deduct. • Life Insurance – Base policy w/ option to payroll deduct additional amounts. **Work Environment:** • Commercial job sites - typically motels, apartment complexes, and senior living centers - new builds. • Will be independent or one of two Internal employees on site. • Dress code: jeans, Wolf Construction shirt, leather boots, PPE provided - vest, hard hat, safety equipment. • Hours: 45/week, typically 6-4:30 or 7-5:30 • Bring a basic tool belt with hand tools - no large equipment is required by the candidate. • 95% of time is spent working at job sites. • Environmental /Sensory: The Foreman must work outside in all different weather conditions including extreme cold and extreme heat. • The Foreman must complete assigned tasks promptly. • He/she must be able to effectively deal with the public courteously and respectfully. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
