**Framing Foreman - Start ASAP - Weekly Pay - $35/Hour**

Pay:

$25-$35 (Depending on experience!)

Hours:

7am - 5pm Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Framing Foreman with residential experience. The ideal candidate will not just sit in a job trailer but will actively manage projects, spending 60% of their time working and 40% managing. The goal is to continuously elevate each team member to the next position. Proficiency in using Co-construct for logging hours and the ability to teach its use is essential.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze project plans and specifications.Determine materials, equipment, and procedures required to achieve desired results while adhering to safety procedures based on job site conditions.Oversee and ensure that all safety rules and quality standards are being followed at all times.Ensure workforce and resources are adequate.Act as the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.Ensure that a project is adequately staffed.Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees and contractors and monitor the attendance of crew.Adjust tasks as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel.Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget.Mentor, manage, and train employees and contractors.Supervise and train workers.Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably.Report project status to project manager and superintendent.

Skills:

Proven experience as a construction foreman.Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew and contractors.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.Understanding of use and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems.Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to communicate and report effectively.Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving abilities.High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (drywall, framing, etc.).
