As a Franchise Account Manager - Schools/Government your responsibilities would encompass a range of customer-focused and sales-oriented tasks.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
Account managers serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, specifically focusing on government entities and educational institutions. This involves: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionContract Management
A crucial aspect of the role is managing contracts and agreements: Securing updated contract agreements from customers Ensuring compliance with waste regulations in all Waste Management practices Overseeing the implementation and renewal of service contractsSales and Business Development
Account managers are also responsible for driving sales and expanding business opportunities: Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Identifying new business opportunities through government and school bidsAccount Oversight and Optimization
The role involves direct oversight of assigned accounts, which includes: Managing the sales and marketing responsibilities for assigned territories Coordinating with other teams to ensure optimal service delivery Supporting the transition process to outside specialists or account managers when necessaryCompliance and Sustainability
Account managers play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting sustainable practices: Ensuring that Waste Management practices comply with all relevant waste regulations Promoting and supporting sustainability initiatives within client organizations Staying informed about industry trends and environmental regulations*This is just a general overview and does not encompass all the responsibilities of this role.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $65,560 - $90,321. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
