As an Accounts Payable Rep II you are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices for payment, and lead resolution of differences with internal and external groups to ensure timely payment.

Job Description

Full Time, On-Site Role

Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081

You will contribute by:

Receiving and reviewing invoices submitted electronically, via email, or through US mail.

Validating that invoices received via US mail have not been previously transmitted electronically.

Determining the appropriate processing method for invoices and either scanning or manually entering them into the relevant AP system.

Performing invoice reconciliation as needed, including updating invoice amounts to resolve discrepancies across all invoice sources.

Monitoring and addressing rejected receipts.

Taking the lead in resolving queries from vendors and internal departments.

We’re searching for candidates with:

Proven proficiency in Excel.

Experience with financial systems and software (e.g., AR/AP/GL packages) preferred.

2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the accounts payable field.
