Franchise Auditor - US Based Remote

**Job Title:** Auditor – Remote (travel as needed)
**Reports To:** Audit Senior Manager
**Job Summary:**
Overall, schedule and perform risk based and requested franchisee audits within assigned territory. Maintain a schedule that supports a rapidly changing environment, at a minimum coordinating four weeks out.
+ Review Franchise Agreements between Anywhere RE and Franchisees.
+ Perform audit tests to verify a franchisee’s compliance with the terms of their franchise agreement, e.g., provides accurate and complete revenue reporting, as well as meets other key contractual requirements.
+ Review outstanding receivables with the franchisee to support fee payment.
+ Document all audit findings concisely and in a way that stands “on its own”, including completion of detailed audit analytics to summarize audit results and facilitate reporting.
+ Submit all audit work papers in an organized and timely fashion.
+ Performed special projects, as assigned.
+ Job may require up to 50% travel in the future.
**Job Requirements:**
+ BA or BS degree
+ Must be able to work out of your home office
+ Accounting background preferred
+ Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; strong proficiency in advanced Excel
+ Capable of executing department strategic, transformative priorities with needed speed, an agile mindset, and with evolving technologies (e.g., GenAI, automation and analytics tools such as Power BI, etc.). Must be able to:
+ Work in a time-sensitive, goal-oriented environment
+ Be flexible in adapting to changing conditions
+ Have a mindset of curiosity that challenges the status quo, provides ideas for enhancing and streamlining existing processes, and always looks to “find a better way”.
